Privacy policy

Lumi Learning collects information from parents, never from children. When you create an account we store your email address and the version of this policy you accepted.

When you buy a story pack, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of what you bought so your devices can download it.

The Lumi Home device has no microphone, camera, or way to record. It reports only its firmware version and whether downloads succeeded. It never sends us anything about what your child listened to.

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile, devices, orders, and entitlements.

This is placeholder text for the development build. The published policy will be longer and lawyer-reviewed.
